In addition, all schools must allocate a further five days each academic year for staff training or 'INSET'.  These dates are decided by each individual school. They are communicated to parents on newsletters and are also shown on our Calendar.

Daily Timetable and Important Dates

• School gates open at 8:40am and lessons start at 8:50am every day.  Please make sure that children arrive on time. Children that arrive even a few minutes late each day are missing learning opportunities.
• Children have morning break at 10:35 am and lunch time is 12:00 - 1:00pm. 
• The school day finishes at 3:30pm Monday to Thursday. On Friday, school ends at 3:00pm and then there is an informal drop-in session for parents until 3:30pm.
